AU Project PhD Scholarship for Innovative Solar Panels
Congratulations Dr Yunle Wei who, along with principle supervisor Prof Heike Ebendorff-Heidepriem and co-supervisor A/Prof Tak Kee, has won an AU project PhD scholarship in the inaugural Adelaide University Project round.
Titled Durable Quantum-Cutting Composites for High-Efficiency Ruggedised Solar Modules, Yunle and his team will strengthen research in the new area of glass for photovoltaics. This technology could enable solar power to be used effectively in places and applications where it is currently not practical.
