Professor Dawson will explore practical strategies for managing change effectively while fostering an environment that encourages innovation and fresh thinking. Drawing on real-world examples and his extensive research, he will demonstrate how organisations can adapt, evolve, and thrive amidst uncertainty. Elder After Hours - Born in Vienna

Celebrating Vienna as the birthplace of orchestral music as we know it, this special performance presents Mozart’s first and last thoughts, Beethoven’s dramatic arrival onto the stage, and Schubert’s ‘great’ C major symphony, a work that sums up the Viennese classical tradition while simultaneously knocking on the door of the romanticism that took its place.
