'The Lyric Now' features Hoa Nguyen, author of A Thousand Times You Lose Your Treasure and Co-Chair of the MFA Program at Bard College, USA, and Jill Jones, Aidan Coleman, Robert Sullivan, and Anna Jackson. What is the role of the lyric in a time of unprecedented global crises. What does it mean for poets to work with (or against) the lyric? From 5-7pm, there will be a public reading by Hoa Nguyen and celebrated Melbourne-based writer Nam Le.
