End of year purchasing - important information
Please note that the purchasing deadline is today, 28 November.聽 The online catalogues in ePro will be inactive as of COB today.
As gas is deemed a critical supply, the BOC catalogue will remain open for ordering gas through to COB Monday, 15 December.
From Tuesday, 16 December, through to Sunday,聽4 January 2026, all gas orders must be placed directly with the supplier without a purchase order. When placing orders, you must provide BOC your ship to account number, as this is crucial for invoicing purposes.
Finance has received a large volume of requisitions to process into purchase orders; your patience is appreciated while we work through them.
For urgent orders (e.g. critical to research projects etc) that you require after today, please contact the Purchasing team聽purchasing@adelaide.edu.au聽to discuss options.
