Biography/ Background
Sarah plays a key role in supporting research projects, with a strong focus on financial oversight and contract administration.
Sarah has substantial experience overseeing and supporting the full contract lifecycle—from compliance monitoring to milestone tracking and reporting. She ensures all agreements align with institutional policies and project objectives. Her financial expertise includes detailed end-of-project reporting, budget monitoring, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cost efficiency, accountability, and alignment with funding requirements.
In addition to her financial and contractual responsibilities, Sarah supports stakeholder engagement, HR processes, and continuous operational improvements—ensuring research projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and within scope.
Beyond project coordination, Sarah also contributes to IIT's marketing and communications.
